These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the zoya game website and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "zoya game"). By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Zoya game is an entertainment platform and participation is entirely voluntary. Under no circumstances does zoya game pressure or encourage users to place bets. By using the platform, you confirm that you are acting of your own informed free will.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on zoya game:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• A valid mobile number is required that is not already linked to another zoya game account.
• Each individual may only open one account.

Account Security

Keep your account credentials (username and password ) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Zoya game may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until the verification process is complete.

All bets placed on zoya game are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing a bet. Keep the following in mind:

• Each bet has a defined minimum and maximum stake, which may vary by market and event.
• Odds may change in real time during live betting. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over results, zoya game's decision will be considered final.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, zoya game reserves the right to void that bet.

Odds & Results

All odds displayed on zoya game are set by our expert team. zoya game reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error is identified, such as an implausibly high payout. In such cases, only the original stake will be refunded.

Zoya game currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• No charges are applied for deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed for additional verification in cases of unusual transaction activity.

Zoya game regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They only become withdrawable once the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Zoya game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zoya game. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Any manipulation or tampering with the bonus system or odds.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Any attempt to fix matches or influence the outcome of sporting events.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

If such activities are proven, all funds in the account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Zoya game may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Order from a court or government authority.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded, provided it is valid under the Terms & Conditions.

Zoya game believes betting is entertainment, not a habit. We encourage all our members to play responsibly. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

The following security features are available on our platform:

• Set your own daily and weekly betting limits at your convenience.
• Option to take a temporary break (cooling-off period).
• Self-exclusion for a set period of time.
• Counselling referrals available when needed.

Zoya game will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or phone. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.

Zoya game reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of this page.
